Went with my son from the bank at w bridge cause I haven't wanted to fork out the money for the pass if they can't get out early enough in the morning and was skunked there. Went over to a cove by camo branch and caught 2 male keepers right off the git go. My son should of caught several. Every time I threw it out for him the bobber almost immediately went down. But you can't ask too much from a 5 yo I guess

They're out there. Wished I posted a report with pics. Caught 14 keepers off the bank today from 4pm-8pm. All females were deep and males were up shallow. Lots of dinks mixed in. All on June bug sliders in 1/16 oz.

At least your out there. I'm grounded for couple days after getting boat stuck on stump and cracked fiberglass on bottom. Old boat.
