Day after my birthday with my son.
Sent him home with some fishes. We try to fish on or close to my birthday he was not able to go fri. So we headed to Pb1 on sat. Rigged in 9ft of water with minnows and found the girls. People casting to bank were picking up the males and from what I seen most were small and released. Paul would have been super proud as we could have filled the boat with big most 4-5ft gar. Also since son was with a few catfish came home. 2 limits of crappie and to him a few bonus fish. Water was still only 55 at sunrise 57 when we left at 2pm. Got alot of funny looks from folks fishing the banks as we were 80-100yds from shore.
