fished there thurs 4/14/16 kept 13 by myself. it was good to start out on main lake flats in 9-11 fow. put 8 keepers in the boat from 7-830 and missed/lost bout 4-5 more they were hitting it fast and hard u had to be quick to turn em around. minnows worked best over deeper water. bite just stopped all a sudden once the sun got out and warmed up. i moved to shallow water and it was 61-63 degrees im talking 3fow or less. caught tons of dinks shallow but good fish were also moving up into shallows as well. i ran straight jigs once i got shallow easier to keep up with and i dont think it mattered theyd hit anything. little males were coloring up and the females all had mushy eggs. this wked oughta b real good.
