Default Love is in the water on the upper Grand! : )

Got to Bucksaw this morning and went up and spider rigged some creeks, caught a few but figured there was some spawning action somewhere. I went way up the Grand and found some 63 degree water and the crappie where on the bank, I fished around a foot and a half deep with a bobber and the males were on the bank and the females are around six feet out.
In the afternoon I went back down and fished a creek, found two logs laying in the water and tied up in front of them, it was non stop action! Not sure how many fish I pulled out in the four hours I was there but my arms a sore. Lol. Caught some good size males and females. I have to work the next three days so I made sure I got my crappie fix in.

Way to go Bigby. Next three days of work will be rough knowing what is waiting for ya.
There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.
