First Post/Lake Powell?

Hello to all! I am new to this site but frequent many other fishing and hunting forums. I live in Wyoming where there aren't really that many crappie since it is so cold up here. I joined this forum because I am about to head down to Lake Powell in Utah for a week to do some fishing for crappie among other things. Has anyone on this site fished Lake Powell for Crappie? If so I would love to get some pointers. I know they should be making their way into the shallows right now near brush but any techniques and or presentations I should try would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully I can get a few decent ones while I am there as well as bass and walleye (all things that I don't catch very often). I would also like to try to catch a couple on flies if anyone has a suggestion on what patterns to use.
