Hit both!
Should we hit Brookville or try Waveland-----70's by the weekend---excited!!
Hit both!
Just pick one soon...then get on Google maps and take a real good look at the lake your fishing and try and pick out spots you think they will be...with the water temps dropping last few days I would think there going to be in the back of the coves where the warmer water will be. Good luck wherever you go im sure there will be alot of ppl out this weekend...I know wave land has bass tourneys on Sunday and it gets pretty crowded.
I think I would give Brookville another week to warm up. Look at the results and weights, especially total weights. Also look at how many didn't weigh in. It's a cold lake to begin with. The slab masters was fishing under adverse conditions last weekend, but the lake isn't right yet. Nice weekend however coming up, so get out and fish no matter what. http://www.indianaslabmasters.com/Br...%20Results.pdf
I wouldn't wast my time at waveland!! Well that's if you like catching only 6-8" fish! I would go to brookville I fished it in the tourney last Saturday we weighed in 7 fish and it was on of the toughest days I have ever fished! Wind blew 20-30mph all day with below freezing wind chill temps! I think with these few days of warm wether the bite should be good!
