    Default Outback Bloomin Onion Recipe

Here is a link I found to the Outback's Bloomin onion recipe. I tried it tonight and it came out great!

I only used the batter part of the recipe and it worked fine.

Glad yall like it. I forgot to mention that I used a plain ole White Onion (Biggest one I could find) Didn't know how it would come out, not being a sweet onion but I was pleasantly surprised, the batter made it plenty sweet. I only used 10 oz of beer for one onion. My brother-in-law was over and he tried it, he told me "I don't like onions, but that is GOOD!"

There good. Anymore we just do them in peddles. Cooks better and sure are good.
I have one of the Blooming onion cutters. And just cut the bottom off. That leaves you with pieces.
Love them. And the dipping sauce is great also.
