Great first post, and welcome to the site!
This is my first ever post since I am new to the site. I am primarily a bass fisherman but can't seem to keep my mind on them when the crappie are biting, as you will see from my reports.
3/28/16: A buddy and I prefishing for a bass tourney on Thomas Hill ended up keeping 23 crappie all 10-12 inches. A majority of them were caught 2-4 feet deep on jigs and crappie nibbles under a slip bobber rig up in the warm water ditch. We just hit whatever brush there was that didn't have too much current on it. Caught 3 of them on squarebill crankbaits fished along the riprap on the Hwy. T bridge.
4/3/16: Bass tourney day but couldn't leave my long poles in the rod locker. Ended up with a limit of 10+ inch fish with the biggest being over 14. I think these fish are in all stages of the spawn, caught fish in very shallow brush with the slip bobber rig and some 6-7 feet deep on jig and nibble. Eggs in the females are very developed.
I also caught big bass in the tournament. Mess of crappie and winning a little money is always a good day.
Great first post, and welcome to the site!

Great report and congrats, it is nice to see a report from around my area.
WTG. Those are some nice fish. I've only fished TH in the winter and never caught any that big.
Congrats! Always nice to bring a stringer home and getting paid too.
