of these 2 nets, which net material is better or will last longer? Are there advantages of one over the other?

I like the one with bigger holes. Easier to get hooks out of. They are both coated in rubber so that's a major plus.

I have one of the egos with the small coated mesh. Looks like the one on the link best I can tell. It it a very tough netting and the holes are small enough that 1/32 jigs don't fall through and get hung. My dad has the one made of rubber with larger holes and he likes it just fine. All he does is jig fish. I decided to take his the other day to see how I liked it and found that the egg sinker on my spider rigs will fall through the hole which resulted in quite a mess especially considering what the bass and stripe had already done to the rig. Needless to say I won't take his net anymore. Works just fine for single hook fishermen though. He has had it a while and it's still holding up.

Watch what others are using and get one like them. I got both.

I have used the full rubber EGO nets since they came out. I have a net with rubber coated mesh......IMHO it is not as good as full rubber. I am on my 3rd handle as the first two eventually would no longer slide. Supposedly that problem is fixed. I do know they are a great company to deal with. The warranty was expired yet they sent me a new handle at no charge.

    Regards

Regardless of which one you chose they can both be had much less expensive than the link you used.
