Fort wood Rec LOZ area anyone launched there recently?

Im wanting to launch there on friday? Is there enuff water to launch without going off the ramp and damaging something? Thanks Greg

I was there Saturday as well as a lot of others. I dropped off the ramp when I backed in to pull the boat out. I pulled it back up onto the ramp and then loaded the boat. Water was down at least 2 ft from the week prior and the dock was almost out of the water. Hopefully it comes up a bit. The drop wasn't enough to drag the trailer but not sure I would want to do it with boat on.

It should be okay by Friday. The lake is slowly on the rise. Projected is 654 by weekend.

I put in at army Rec yesterday with my 19 1/2 foot champion and didn't fall off ramp but u need to back in slow and watch tires and put in on the side closest to courtesy dock
