    Default camping at Grenada

A few buddies and myself are planning a weekend trip to Grenada from Starkville to camp and do some fishing. Gonna set some lines out and may do some crappie fishing (none of said buddies have ever crappie fished), depending how the bite is. We are looking at coming the weekend of April 9-11th. My question is, which campground would be best for easy access for boats this time of year? Was thinking about north Graysport..thoughts?

north graysport is secluded but nice. May not be able to use the boat ramp if the water is too low, but south graysport will be fine as far as launching and its not far at all.

That list is good for reference, but don't bet the farm on it. They've changed throughout the years.

191 will not get you in s graysport. You can always get in at choctaw if you stay at that end. North abutment is the safe choice if you dont know the water levels.

North Graysport campgrounds should be spot on for that time of the year, even if you cant use the ramp there lot of ramps close by that will be usable.
