Looks like you forgot to take off the clear transfer sheet.

That big plastic square around the decal is a "transfer sheet" that you use to put the decal on flat & straight ... then carefully peel it off, leaving the decal in place. Otherwise, since the decal is an outline & not a solid piece, it would be very difficult to apply it without wrinkles, bubbles, or having it stick to itself if not handled carefully. (ask me how I know )

As it is ... the transfer sheet "might" offer some minor/temporary protection, but it's likely to start coming off all on it's own as it dries out.

Looking at the pictures, it would appear that both decals have the transfer sheet still attached.

I know that feeling, mine says the same thing only she leaves out the "act" part
