Bow mount fish finder mount

Guys I'm going to need about 12" high mount to get my fish finder at my fingertip at the bow when trolling.where can you buy them or any suggestions on how to make one.got a 859 Humminbird to mount to it.thanks

I got E-Z Placeholder on the Mississippi board to make me one. Its height adjustable and swivels and tilts in all directions.
