How many 2lbers caught since fall

I ask this question for several reasons.
One it seems that for the last month or so every time I go out or at least every other time i go out i catch one or two. I have seen at least 20 taken personally from one spot and have heard of plenty more.

Due to the excess 2lbers will we be able to catch those sizes or even during spawn next year?

When it happens like this, are the following years followed by arverage sized fish?

Anyway just a question. Many crappie fisherman down here are saying this is the best fishing period they have ever seen or for the old head:D much respect it the best size they've seen in years.

ive caught 2 i think were 2lbers 1 i know was and have seen 3 or 4 more from other folks. ive heard what your talking about and dont really know for sure but my opinion is we are just chipping the ice burge on how many crappie are really out there. i went down to flint creek in hartselle today which gets a whole lot of pressure and caught probably 30 today(some were small) but some were really good size and that place get fished like crazy every day. just my opinion.

mighty, I have caught them like that in the past before from time to time over the years in certain areas around where you know I fish. It goes in cycles every couple years and also there might be times on every year that you might do real good with big fish in certain areas. You still fishing the dam area or you around Sauty? Mud Creek Fackler area use to produce large numbers of 2 lb fish for me years ago but the fishing has went down there alot and I dont fish it much anymore. That is a little up river from where me and you fished.

I probably have caught 25 so far this season. Release most of them.
