Brother Wood This is a great web-site - I compare alot of the recipes to mine - I can't eat like I use too - and I don't cook like I use to because I can't eat it and so much goes to waste - I am cooing for a couple of B-Day parties in Februaury - I really enjoy a day of cooking - another problem is I can't have no adult beveragres during the cooking process - unsure what kind of quality will turn up now - before half the time I did not care - I had enough to drink where I thought it was great

Fatboy, I have spent hours cruising The Smoke Ring. I'm getting ready to build a trailer mounted smoker/barbeque pit, this Spring, out of 30" pipe.
