Take thawed fillets and put them in 2% milk for 30 to 45 mins.Get a couple of packs of Townhouse crackers and crush them up real fine.I usually put my crackers in a ziploc and then crush them. Take the fish out of the milk and roll them in the cracker crumbs,making sure they are well covered.Place them on a well greased cookie sheet.After you get all of them covered with crumbs and placed on the sheet melt a stick of butter and take a spoon and lightly drizzle a little butter on them.Set your oven around 375 to 400 and just bake untill brown.Which usually doesn't take long at all...Depending on the fillet thickness..normally around 12 to 15 mins...This works great with all fish...Walleye is awesome done this way....
