Arrived around noon, trying to get some shad for for cat fishing. The other day I was here, was NOT able to get my shad until late and didn't have enough time to fish AFTER I got the Shad. Today there was ONE duck hunting boat out and one other boat fishing ( don't know how they did. ) Very little wind, sunny, very nice, Water temp was 41.9 degrees COLD. Shad 7.5 down to 16 ft. Ended up with 3 Blues, one on chicken liver and two on cut shad. NO CRAPPIE.
