Question what have you caught on a crappie jig?

    It's good to be back,

Yo' Slabking, You know I hit that Blueberry Lake last summer,
and I couldn't get a hit to save my life. I threw everything at 'em.
But I guess thats why it's called fishing.
Today I ran down to the Green River to chase some Steelies, but no luck.
I saw some guys throwin' flies and just catching a few whitefish.
So I rigged up, and class began. These fellas got all pissed off at me,
I was slayin' 'em, and they couldn't figure out what I was doin'. Finally I showed 'em a 1/32nd oz maribou crappie jig with the tinyest of willow blades, and that was the trick. I must have c 'n r'd at least 20 of those whitefish.
So, to my question: What is the weirdest thing anybody has caught on a crappie jig?

Personally, Today and those whitefish was it for me.

    Later on Fellas'

I think one of the strangest fish I've caught was 16lb carp on 4lb test line. At that time I thought it was a bit strange until a few years later when I meet a guy at Potholes that likes to fish for carp. He told me that the best lure he'd found for them was a black crappie jig lol :p.

I've also caught largemouth, smallmouth, chum salmon, lake trout, channel cats, bluegills, perch, sea perch, rock cods, squawfish, and walleye (my favorite lure for them second only to a 176 Yamamoto grub).
