Power drive v2 remote

My remote tore up on my I pilot trolling motor. Was curious if the ipilot link remote would work on my power drive v2? Or if I'd be better to get original remote to replace it?
I mostly troll long lining.

Not sure but think I read somewhere they were not interchangeable. What happened to yours? Might call MinnKota, they may take care of it for you.

My battery cover broke want screw down.

Just order and replace the back cover. Was a video just posted a couple of days ago about the very same thing. Will see if I can find it.

Can't say for sure in your case, but ... I upgraded my Powerdrive to a Co-Pilot, then to an iPilot. The Co-Pilot remote would NOT work with the iPilot.

I Bought a new remote for my power drive v2. How do you get the trolling motor to learn the new remote?

There's a button on the TM that will sync them up.
