How to upload photos from phone?

Trying to load photos from a droid turbo. Clicked on the pic icon that has what appears to be a tree in it. Chose from computer, documents, clicked on my picture, clicked upload. Nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong?

After you select picture....click open....then click upload.

Their was no open that I found. Downloaded Tapatalk, no problems. I'll use that for pics, and the real site for everything else.
