    Default Overcoming Obstacles/Pics

Today was one we had to fight for. First of it was 22 degrees. Second the old outboard was a bugger to get started. may have been frozen gas line. Next in line was some fog that had 0 visability. Next thing we come upon was a mile of ice to break. And last but not least my trolling motor gave out. By then we had boated and released 26. Largest being 2 at 15 inches. Time is catching up as late fall is getting here to fast. We still have some more fish to catch but we will have to be nice to mother nature. I recently purchased a Hummingbird Helix 7. I have added a Ice Transducer to my bow motor. It is working out nice on the strait down jig method we use this time of year. Till next time Happy Crappie.

Wow! You really have to want to fish to go through all of that to fish. Thanks for some more of the good fishing pictures. I see you are using the older type screen on your fish sonar. It is the one that we had back years ago when fish sonar first came out only we just had a flashing light going around and around that looked similar to that. Do you use it more than the other screens or is it that you can read it better?

This Humminbird is new to me. I want to use it Ice Fishing so this is a good setting to use. The Flasher screen is used the most on the Ice.
