No experience with one. A few questions: how do you mount poles for pushing? How heavy is it when loaded? What is the beam width? Tell me about the trolling motor. Thanks.

    • pole mounting would require I think a board across the front, mount rod holders to same, secure
    • how heavy when loaded ,,,well it weighs 130 empty, so add up the stuff you put in it and you will have a good estimate,,, I Loaded it with battery, tackle and slid it off the truck straight to the pond, easy.
    • trolling motor is 5 speed forward/ reverse, transom mount, Motor Guide. I think it is a Motor Guide, bought it at bass pro 99 dollar on sale, raining and I ain't goin out in the rain to check, but it works good

Thinking about it. But I don't have a full size PU. It sure would stick out of my little toyo.
Using a single deep cycle battery, how much ground could I cover at Nader.

You wont run a good battery down on Nader in a days time unless you run the troller on high for long periods of time.

I hauled ii in my Dodge Dakota, no problems, I just tied it down real good, but for 200 dollars extra I got a trailer I would sell No floor on it but it's 16 ft long, enough room to mount a tool box, tent, cooker, then your ready set, go fish

Sorry for the late reply. My fishing partner and I talked about it last spring since we both are just about not able to wade from my 16.5' anymore. Let me talk to him about your rig. It may be a couple of days before I get back to you.
Sell your rig if the opportunity comes up.
