Lake Onalaska ??

I am going to plan a trip in the Spring to Lake Onalaska on the Mississippi River... How is the crappie and bluegill fishing doing these days ?? When would be the best week to plan a trip in 2016 ?? Any special colors or area you would like to share would be greatly appreciated.. pm if necessary. If you fished Onalaska in last 3 years share a few thoughts with the Wisconsin gang.... Thanks !
