Default Bobby Garland Slab Ticklers-- What knot for jig do you use???

    Hey Guys,

Bought some of these Willow Flashers, I usually use a loop knot on my jigs, don't think that will work to well with these blades.

What knot do you guys use??

    Thanks and Regards,

You might make a little bigger knot and put a small bead above the loop with the blade riding on it. It just might work better than having it tight to the jig. Keep us posted.

    Hey Skeet,

That is exactly what I have done. When making my loop knot, I ran the jig through the loop 3 times to make a bigger knot. I will let you know how it works.

Thanks "G", do you also use a bead? Overall, how do you like these blades?

    Thanks

No I do not use a bead.... the blade is just a added attractor.....I usually tip my jigs with a minnow or a crappie nibble.....sometimes I think the blade will help you catch a fish if the nibble or minnow has been knocked off. It is a confidence builder. I like them and think they help in the dark stained waters where I fish.

Confidence is the most important tool in your tackle box. I also use a crappie nibble.
