Looking good and probably no mosquitoes. Congrats on the limit.
Have not done the night bite for awhile but got out Sunday. Trolled and slipped corked before dark and only caught two. Fished two spots after dark and got a limit. On the second spot I saw some fish fairly shallow toward the surface. They would not take a minnow so I tried a jig and had good luck. Seems they wanted the bait moving...if they got a chance to stare at it they'd swim off. There are zillions of bait fish back in the creeks and some schools of fish around them but the only thing I can catch trolling is drum. I don't fish January and February very much so I can't speak for the fishing then, but October is by far the most confusing month for me.

Forgot to mention I was at LOZ gravois arm. I hardly ever get a mosquito bite fishing after dark at LOZ it's weird

Looks like a great catch to me congrats.
Congrats on the limit and thanks for the pic/report.
Very nice!
I'm gonna have to try the night bite soon...
I always seem to be busy taking the wife out to eat when at the lake.
dfar LIKED above post
I'm assuming you sunk a light?
Looks like you stuck it out and figured them out congrats
Nice report. I find the spring and all of the rains and water temp fluctuating the most confusing time for me. I'd rather fish the heat of the summer and fall.
