Default Fall Crappie At Its Finest/Pics

This morning was a classic fall start here. Forty degrees and overcast with a calm wind. The colors are fantastic and the bite was the same. It started a tad slow but did it ever pick up. We landed 54. Most all were 14-17. largest was 17 1/4. All were released. It was a mix between on the bottom and suspended. Water temp was 54. Just a great day to sum it up. They never quit we just left to do other things.

Bee you consistently catch the prettiest fish ever and these are no exception, except maybe prettier. Love it, and thanks for posting.

Wow! Just Wow! You really know how to make a fellow crappie fisherman jealous. As usual those are some pretty gold colored crappie. I always look forward to your posts and fish pictures. Thanks for sharing them.

Appears to be an uninhabited lake. Those are huge crappies, and all the more stunning if they're from a relatively small pond!

Bee, I swear some of those fish should have curly tails. They're PIGS!! Wonderful pics as always. 40* is comfortable with no wind, wish I could have been #2 in your boat today.
