Default Report:Little Prairie in the Morning

Took the boat out to Little Prairie Lake this morning. Water was smooth as glass. No one else fishing, so I had the lake to myself. Put in and went to old faithful, nothing happening there. Went to the next stump and wam! I thought he was going to rip the pole out of my hand. Went to another group of stumps. Lowered the minnows in on my 10 foot pole and there was another one. After that though, traveling from stump to stump and fishing in about 14 feet of water nothing happened. So I took out and came home for breakfast/lunch. Ripinlips says I must have proof so the pictures are attached. Just remember there are no fish in Little Prairie Lake, and "My truck was not attacked by BUZZARDS this morning". My takeaway from this report is that the next time I go out and slam two fish right off the bat, just pack up and go home. They're shut off.

Boy, that'd be a hard lesson to put into practice!!

The next time you go out and slam two fish right off the bat , will be the first time you have done it

Hey Joe, if you go out next time and slam 2 right off the bat don't pack it up, you can still catch tree limbs all day long.
