Reel Grease

What do you use for re greasing your reels and re oiling them. I need to do that and dont know what to get. I was looking at Abu's and Quantums hot sauce. I notice a new one this year Reel Butter made by Ardent. Anyone try any of these?

I use a medium White Lithium grease and never have had any problems, fresh or salt. Just be careful that you use the proper weight grease or it will fail to coat the gears properly thereby shortening the life of the reel.
