That's awesome. You have talent that's for sure.
As many of you already know; I have been dabbling with pencil drawings of various underwater scenes showing various fish species in their habitats as they go about their business. This drawing in sepia colored pencil shows a Largemouth Bass with an attitude ambushing a shallow water bluegill / bream during a time when the shallows were somewhat flooded by lots of rain going into the fall season. Bluegill (as you all know) are a species of bream. Some refer to these types of sunfish as flyers, redear sunfish (shellcracker), redbreasted sunfish, green sunfish, and warmouth to name a few (of many) such sunfish species (plentiful) depending on your area and/or how you refer to these fish.
I am calling this drawing: "Early Fall in the Flooded Shallows." As we all have learned... lots of predatory species (including crappies) move to the shallows (early in the fall) (or) when this sort of high water condition floods the shallows... a time when nutrients, high oxygen levels, forage and the last insects are still plentiful. Please take a moment to let me know what you think of the drawing.
Thanks and May God Bless You & Yours:

Every day is a holiday and every meal is a picnic.
I appreciate the comments and the kind words about the drawing. It seems they are getting better and easier as I go... I guess I'm beginning to get more confident as I get my hand back on it after over 20 years of not drawing anything. Thanks to all who show some continuing interest in buying prints whenever they may become available. As for availability: I am working on getting a website put together where I can offer some of these prints and other stuff to all who may be interested. I still have lots to do before I will be up and running, but i will keep everyone posted on the progress.

In the lower left corner, how did you produce the lighter weed stalks in front of the darker weeds behind them? Was that just with erasures?
