try apple cider vinegar
My mother-in-law had a dog that urinated on her carpet for a long time. She loved the dog and would not get rid of it.
We are now trying to get the urine smell from the concrete. Any one have any suggestions or know the best way to get rid of the smell. Please don't tell me to get rid of the concrete LOL.
Thanks

If the vinegar does not get it try some muratic acid but be really careful cause it will burn you.

Bleach bath rinse then use baking soda paste made from water and baking soda
Let baking soda paste lay for 3 or 4 hours stirring occasionally

I had a friend that was a taxidermist, all he ever used on his concrete was TSP trisodiumphosphate (homedepot). his floor was clean enough I would have eaten off of it!

Do all you can do and then seal it before you put the flooring back down, don't think you will ever get it all out but a good sealing should keep the smell at bay.
Pet smart or Petco sells some cleaner that works well. Can't remember the name of it right now. Might also check with the vet.

I wonder if you take cat litter and cover the floor, crush into the floor by walking and grinding it with your feet, and then leave it for a few days will work? Sort of the same thing we do in maintenance shop to get stains and stuff out of the concrete floor. All the floor sweeps and kitty litter are a type of soil they dig up called fullers earth that is dried out and has some chemicals added. Its main property is to absorb moisture and odors so maybe it would work. Just a thought.
Also Olympic makes a product called "deck wash" that will clean a lot of different surfaces, maybe that would work to.
And janitorial supply houses sell stuff in bulk to clean large areas of funky stuff.
