Dang, nice start on crappie baits. I fish a lot of white also. Doesn't take much flake in white to dirty it up. Is that a basstackle minnow mold? I like the front to back contrast also. Makes the head on the jig pop out. Reminds me I need to make some chart/pink. I have been using hardener in the front of the bait to help with tearing while using light wire hooks. Those hooks cut right through soft plastic. Nice work and thanks for sharing! Welcome to the boards. Great site. Plastic board needs some new blood.LOL

Thanks ifish. Yeah it is a basstackle mold. I'm shooting the tails in soft and the bodies in medium.

    Nice looking box stuffing.

I just finished making more inners for my salmon and lake trout bag. This last trip took its toll on my spinners. Had to be steelhead hitting them....smack, turn and run for the Wisconsin coast. And not stop. I've been needing to get this little chore done so now I'm set for the end of this month.

Thanks guys. Probably be next spring before I get to test it all out as I'll be spending a lot of time in the great outdoor super market chasing bambi.
