Ask Danny what he thinks about my rib eyes. Will work nicely with a baked tator topped with green onions. Shouldn't have typed that, made my mouth water

You know it Dwayne. I don't bother looking at the display case of cut meat (be it whether beef or pork). I walk straight in the back to where they cut it. I say "let's see a full rack of ribeye (rib roast)." I say cut them here, and how to do it - I know one end is better than the other - I'm sure you do too. Same thing on all cuts of pork. When they pull out a whole side of pork, I say cut the ribs here, etc. Even do the same thing when I want a coarse ground of chili meat. The fellas know me by name, been doing it for many years. I say "why not?", the price per pound is the same. They're used to me strolling in.
