which is the better perch?

That green perch on top looks "hot"! Would take either one though. Looks kinda "life-like". If I were a fish it would fool me! Great job!

The top one. Thats close to my best color here, for crappie.

Top one is the best perch but would rather fish the bottom one.

The top one is the better lifelike perch however, for clear water in Michigan (Saginaw Bay) I'd like fishing the bottom one. Send a package or two my way and I'd be happy to field test them for you!!!

I also like the top one's better, probably because they look more realistic in color scheme. But both are solid looking baits! Nice.
