Here You Go Ship!!! The Grand Reveal!!!

Well, a week or so ago Brother Shipahoy 41 saw my thread post "I Can't Go Fishing... So I Drew Some" and he asked me by way of PM to help him out with designing and building him a cartoon like logo image or banner graphic for use on his website and in his CDC signature. He (however) (like so many others that I have worked with) did not give me a whole lot to go on by way of what he wanted; but he did say he wanted some kind of a cartoon like image of him in his fishing duds and it MUST INCLUDE him catching a crappie. He also wanted me to post this reveal on the main forum for everyone to see and so all could share comments amongst the brotherhood. It's what we do.

In art, a caricature is a description of a person using exaggeration of some characteristics and oversimplification of others. Caricatures can be insulting or complimentary, as you have all seen when used to serve political purposes or be drawn solely for entertainment or advertising value. But there is only one "itsy bitsy" snag that I can see with the whole thing: I am not a cartoonist or a caricature artist or even a real artist.

Nevertheless, here's what I came up with to try to help Ole' Ship.

I just got back from Bible Study. That is a very fine cartoon characterization. The shirt should say Lures by Carter instead of shipahoy41 lures to reflect the new website of LURES BY CARTER Please make that change in the design.
