    Default Tmotor Options w/ SpotLock??

What are my options for a Tmotor for a 16/50 Jon boat? I'd like hand control w/ the spot lock feature.

Right now you do not have that option. PDv2- Terrova with Ipilot or MotorguideXi5 all electric steer.

Sadly thats what I thought through my research into the matter.I could'nt find any options either. Its either foot control or remote.Just thought I'd ask the pros.
Guess its the old rope and anchor for spot lock!

How deep are you fishing. If fishing shallow you could buy a hand anchor stick or make your own.

You might try doing a search on here for shallow water anchors. One fellow posted on building some and had pictures and some part numbers. I do remember him or someone else saying that had found some fiberglass rods fro WWGrainger that they were using. Also saw one made from small heavy wall PVC with about 2 ft of ground rod installed in PVC pipe with the pointed end sticking out about a ft. Some tie off to them and some build and install a ring bracket on side of boat to slip it through. Saw one where a catfish guide in Oklahoma installed several brackets made of Galvanized chain-link fence parts and used conduit and put a t handle on top to push into mud.

you have to have a electric steer to use on spot lock so that when it drifts away 15 feet it will take it back to where it was suppose to be.

Seems there would be an option to remote steer or manual steer though.
Suppose the remote steering goes out or gets lost for whatever reason while on the water, then what?
