    Thanks everyone. I really wasn't expecting anyone to notice that... I'm one that sort of sits back and takes all the postings in and don't say much... My fishing is so much different from most everybody here on the B/B that I don't have a lot to contribute. Swamp fishing is a lot different than lake and river fishing.. small areas, shollow creeks, and always the water lever controls if you can even get into the swamp to fish.

    To answer some of you, I've been getting a lot of new camping and cooking gear since Christmas.. With a birthday and Christmas so close together, it all blends together. We've had 2 great 5 and 6 days camping and fishing trips in the swamp since just before Thanksgiving with my son, granddaughter and friends. There's nothing better than being out in nature and enjoying it with others. I'm afraid I can't use all the fishing gear that I have now at my age because time is running out here..

    I have made many friends here on this B/B and we stay in touch by privite e-mails and the phone. These will be lasting friendships that I will always cherish. I was able to meet many on this B/B at the Spring Fling and Fall Brawl a few years back. They were great get togethers. There were several that really taught me a lot about fishing deep water lakes and shooting docks.. It's one of the nice things about this B/B, everyone is willing to share their knowledge with others..

    So I may not be posting much, but I'm reading all the postings and takeing it all in..

    Tight lines and a limit to all.
