How did the amateur division work out..?
-
No one came...
Did have two couples at Weigh In that asked questions and were
interested in what we do
We tried an Amateur div 4 yrs ago at Lake Manatee where people
are restricted to 20 hp mtrs only.
First tournament we had 10 out of 18 teams sign in as Amateur's
Second tournament we had 4 sign in = out of 16 teams
Seems like when the Amateur's caught weight almost the same
as pro's, and saw payoff's were much bigger than theirs, on second
tournament almost all signed in a Pro's
This is not an uncomon thing to happen. But none ventured out of
their element to try fishing other lakes on tournament schedule.
Was Bass tournament out of Kissimmee City park on Saturday that
had 121 teams involved.
WOW..,,121 teams
Congrats to Harold and Bill, also all of the fishermen and ladies in the tourney.
Thanks for the great report.
