    Those look real good Tracker. I smoked some leg quarters, baby-back ribs, and sausage. Going to have tater salad and baked beans with them in just a few minutes. Enjoy those chops and happy Memorial Day.

As a matter of fact just for the fun of it go to your favorite search engine, in hopes of getting rich I been using PCH home page Heck it couldn't hurt. Type in....... "Making Cajun green onion sausage" and see where toe first 3 outa 4 links bring ya.
