    Default Worm Oil or Pam

I was wondering if Pam spray with garlic work hurt my plastics. Also, how do you store your baits. I was thinking of using small Tupperware flat bowls and laying them in to store.

Another question is anise oil ok for the plastics or does it need diluted. Anise is easy to find in the drug stores.

I have been using regular Pam for years......works great......I store mine in zip lock bags......put them in the bag.....spray some Pam in the bag on them and shake them up.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

if you use PAM will you still be able to reheat the plastic later? I saw you mentioned that in another post.

I have remelt those stored in worm oil but never tried to remelt those in Pam yet. As far as Anise one or two drops in a bag goes a long way. The most I ever use in a bag is five drops.

Just use worm oil. That's what the stuff is meant for. Staying with products specific to plastics making will assure you that all will be ok.

Use worm oil and add the anise to it. I buy anise essential oil and use about 1/10th of an ounce to an ounce of worm oil and it's a potent blend. For bagging I add 5 drops of plain worm oil and a single drop of the anise blend and that gets the job done nicely.

JW, I have used plain Glycerin from drug store and added a couple of drops of Anise or Garlic to it for 20+ years. Never hurt the plastic. In fact have plastic worms in containers over 25 years old that are like new. Now the remelt is another question. But you should be able to get plenty of unsented medical grade Glycerin.
