TM install help...

I have a boat with a MK Terrova I- Pilot and a MK quick detach mount. I want to be able to put this motor set-up on my other boat from time to time. The other boat has a MK Maxxum Hand steer. I know I can buy another mount and make the Terrova fit the second boat....but I would like to have it set-up where I can put the Maxxum back on the boat with a Quick detach mount. Everything I have found so far shows 2 different QD mounts for these two motors. Anybody ran across this problem before.

I'm trying to get this.....



to fit in place of this......





and be able to swap it back with the same bases. Does anyone know if they make QD mounts that will fit OR that the part that fits on the motor can be modified to fit both of these.

You can get two (2) MKA-23 Minn Kota Composite Quick-Release Trolling Motor Mounting Brackets. These are long to fit the base of the MAXXUM, but I am sure that the terrova could be fitted to one of the motor brackets.
