    Default Any reports from Clinton?

Going to Clinton today around 3 and was wondering what the pattern is? Been out of town for work all week and I am ready to FISH!

Whenever I see the all species poor report in The Kansas City Scar like today's fishing report usually means someone is in all probability out there really bagging them up - someone like a Fishydan type. Scroll down to see report for Clinton.

    Gary,

I haven't been on the lake at all this year, but after Saturdays tournament, I bet you get all the reports you need. Sorry but can't help...

can't help either. Been on Perry last. Not counting fishing at Riss lake in NKCMO with Brent Frazee. Both places caught them in 2ft or less. Shallow rocky points best bet. <*)}}}><

Well the wind was stronger that I thought when I started out and made fishing tough where I wanted to fish. Not a great day for me as I did not catch but a few on the banks. Temp was 60 F. There was ALOT of boats on the lake, I was really surprised by that. For some reason I have a real problem catching fish when the wind is out of the SE, I just cannot figure out where the fish feed at this wind direction. Makes launching and loading out of the state park ramps a pain too! Everyone was having problems yesterday.

With all the cold fronts moving through, it's tough.
Monday was super slow at the docks at Clinton. NO keepers
Talked to a guy fishing the east point of the parking lot at the boat ramp.
He was not having any luck but said Sunday he caught lots of big wipers and whites Sunday.
Fished Pomona shore Wed. am 36', cold NE wind , No good where we caught 30 last week. - 5 of us caught 1 crappie
    Yesterday was another cold morning.
Fished the Docks at Clinton. Super slow but did manage to get enough for supper. ( With Art's Help).
Watch some of the fishermen on the Banks by the marina. Looked like they were not having any luck.
Maybe next week late with the temps in the high 70' and low 80's the fish will be class to the banks again.
