Default Lost a great crappie fisherman and friend today

Ron Boylan AKA Dinner Gitter of Rathbun Lake Iowa died today.(52yrs old I think) I like many met him through crappie fishing, he was always helpful and pleasant to talk to. He fished many of the crappie tournaments and did well more often than not. He was a great fisherman of all species, and a grade A outdoorsman all around. Through the years he became a great friend of mine and I was lucky that I shared many after fishing hours talking with him of the day’s events and plans for the next days plans. He will be missed by many and my trips to Rathbun will not be the same, there will be a void, the great times I always had talking with him after the days end.

Lord I pray that you will comfort Ron's family and friends as they mourn the passing of their friend. Amen.

As long as you have those memories, your friend will stay with you.
