Default Good day on Douglas Lake TN

Went out after working the night shift and caught 35 keepers among the 3 of us. Only caught 8 shorts.

This was my first time with the new HDS 9 touch w/ structure scan. I got a screen shot of what I thought to be crappie but not 100% sure. We did catch several in that area. What do you all think.

Just found this forum from a link on BBC's forum. I love it. I have read and learned a lot.

Nice scans and great catch! That sure looks like a massive school of fish with distinctive arches so I think you are right that they are crappie.

Yeah it was a great time. I just wished the wind didn't start blowing so hard. We could have gotten 3 limits but it started white capping and we were all getting pretty tired. 35 keepers is still good tho. Its only my second time getting in to some good crappie. So many funs!

Wow! Great screen shots and great catch! You should think about putting this over on the Tennessee forum!
