    Default Longline question

First year long lining. I am running ten poles and seem to be doing all right. Do you use swivels or just tie to the line?

    Thanks,

You pulling jigs or Bandits? I like to tie my jigs direct with a quick and simple loop knot. But, I put a snap swivel on for Bandits. DP

I tie my jigs directly to the line for longlining. I either use a palomar or loop knot, depending on how my hands are working that day.
