I'll be up there Thursday and will report back. If anyone is/was up there this weekend we'd like to hear from you. My guess is the females are still deep and the males will be staging
Anybody got a report on Mark Twain creeks should be warming? Is the water getting muddy in the back?

Up two feet and muddy.
We didn't end up going today. Shouldn't have listened to the weather reports... Lesson Learned.

I also stayed home today because of the forecast. Oh well, finished rigging the boat. I'm heading up there tomorrow morning. Hoping we don't end up too soggy.
Thank guys going to try to come over next weekend and wet a line a report would help a guy that never been there.
Okay, we made it out yesterday to fish the Twain. It was VERY windy so we didn't venture out very far. Put in at the state park and went up Lick Creek a little bit, trying to stay out of the wind. Water was a little muddy, not too bad for Mark Twain. Very slow bite, I think the cold front had them turned off. Had our Humminbird 959 lit up with fish a bunch of times and didnt get a bite. We caught 8 total, 1 keeper. Most were 6 inches or smaller...one was the smallest crappie I'd ever seen!
