Thanks Beagle. Like I said before, I rented cabin c02A for Wednesday April 4 through Sunday the 8th. I hope we can still have a get together there because I've already planned vacation then. Speck
If you call 1-800goparks you can reserv a cabin now.

Howdy all. I spoke to the owner of a tackle store down in Grenada, this morning and he told me that the lake level is now at 192 feet, and that you can't get a boat much bigger than a 14-16 foot jon in the lake, due to silting around the ramp(s). He told me that it took about 200 feet to launch a big boat like Mr. Baker's new Charger. I don't know if he's just talking about problems at a single ramp, but I will be watching the water level. http://www.mvk.usace.army.mil/Lakes/...alake/main.php That site is the Corps site and has a link for lake stage. I'm gonna be hoping for rain. Looking forward to meeting you guys - over a big bottle of Crown.
Jim - Have boat - will travel.
I think it has been around 206-208 the last two times i've been there and both were the last week of march,i believe they drop it this much every year so its nothing out of the ordinary...dont worry we'll have water enough to float a boat.
