Default Towing boat with cover on

Interested to know if long distance towing with cover on boat damages the paint or anything else. Has anyone had problems doing this?

Be careful with tie down cords/straps they will flap and damage your finish. Had the problem on my 16' Lund and went to snaps. No problems after that!!

Definitely install snaps on your cover and boat. Do not rely on tie down cords, except for short distances.

A custom cover tied down tight will be fine. Would never consider snaps. They are horrible line snaggers.

I have a cover that was made for my boat and I tow my boat with it 100% of the time. Never had any problems.
