Anyone own a Daiwa Aird spinning reel?

I was hoping to get some feedback on a 1000 series daiwa aird that I have my heart set on. I was hoping someone had this reel and could share if they liked it or what not. Thanks guys

I don't own that model, but it's hard to go wrong with a Daiwa. They make great reels.

When I was getting my new bass setup this pass weekend I was looking at the Aird. It was a nice reel but, I ended up with the Daiwa Exceler for about 40 dollars less.

I have a daiwa exceler already (new one). It's a 1500 series reel and I use it for trout. I paid $80 for it and just purchased the aird today for $70 (on sale). I am pleased with the exceler but just wanted something a little smaller. I also picked up a pflueger xt today along with the aird and I'm excited to get them in the mail. Lol. I'm a reel hoarder
