Default Mr. Crappie Custom Rods. what do you think?

I can get a good deal on a set of mr. crappie custom rods, but was planning on buying some bgjp 14'. Has anyone used the customs? I haven't heard a lot about them.

I've tested the Slab Shaker, Slab Daddy and the Custom Rods here at the store. The Custom Rods have more backbone and can handle bigger fish better than the other two. I went with the 12ft Custom rods for my personal use and paired with the MCS50 Spinning reel.
A lot of people prefer the 3 piece 14ft rods, but I have to break mine down after every trip and the 2 piece rods were easier to store in the garage.
