Sorry forgot the pic
Hut and I made it down to the old river channel below Truman Monday. Most of the back end had a skim of ice that had to be stirred up but it didn't take too long. It did take a little while for the fish to recover from the racket but we did manage to catch 25 crappie and about 10 decent sized white bass. The best bite was a double jig rig about 3 cranks off of the bottom. Chartreuse was good as well as ice blue and electric chicken.
Plan to be back down Wednesday morning so if you see a tan Xpress with a CDC decal on the windshield stop by and say hi.

Nice! Thanks for report.
Congrats Jeff thanks for the post.
Nice fish, good luck today.
Looking good Jeff.
Did you put in at the boat ramp there or did you use the one in Warsaw? That water looked real low.
Very nice! Good luck today!
Used the Warsaw ramp. The ramp at the dam is a pain. It's so steep I have to fight to get the boat on the trailer w/o sliding back.
God bless Charlie Brewer and Bobby Garland.
congrats. on the day, I only used the Dam Ramp once, did not think I was gong to get back up to the parking lot.
